Love Liberty Lipstick

Hi guys!

I love makeup. I have loved it since before getting into blogging and love playing around with different colours and techniques.

However, I have never given into the hype over certain products. It took me years to purchase my first Naked palette when the whole beauty world were falling for them and I never saw the hype over Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup.

They recently opened a Charlotte Tilbury counter at Fenwicks in Newcastle. I was killing time before meeting Lynz and her partner for the pantomime and I thought that I’d check it out. I have wanted to try something for a while from the brand, and lipsticks are always a good place to start. I picked up the shade ‘Love Liberty’ from the Matte Revolution collection.

This is a gorgeous red tinted plum shade which somehow makes my teeth look whiter. This usually only happens with blue-toned lipsticks. The colour is beautiful, and is a lovely one for Winter for those who are more nervous about trying out pure red lipsticks.

The bullet shape is really nifty to use, being pointed at the edge. It means you can really follow the shape of your lip without feathering at the edges. It’s awesome.

I love this lipstick, and it will be getting used a lot during the upcoming weeks to Christmas.

Which Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks do you love?

Bye for now!
