MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour Review

MAC have released a new lipstick line.

These are the Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolours and they look gorgeous!

There are 15 shades in the collection ranging from nudes to plums, and as far as I’m aware these are not limited edition. They retail at £21, which is a bit more than the standard MAC lipstick.

The packaging is a hybrid between a MAC lipgloss, where you can see the shade in the glass, but it has the lid of the standard MAC lipsticks. It’s very classy and pretty. Being slightly higher in price, I only bought one, which is a very beautiful deep blue-toned red.

Longevity wise, these being a matte liquid lipstick, they are very long-lasting without being drying on the lips. They do apply quite glossy, but will dry matte.  And honestly guys, these a so long lasting! It took my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, as well as the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water to remove this!

This is a truly stunning collection. I only wish that I could have more, but I made that promise to myself.

What do you think of the new collection?

Bye for now!
