My Fitness Bullet Journal

Hi everyone! 

As many of you know I’ve been keeping a bullet journal now for about 3months. That one is going really well and I love it. However I haven’t made fitness a big focus in it. 

Therefore I have a second one that is only for my fitness and healthy lifestyle stuff. I just want to keep all this stuff together. 

This is a working progress, but these are the pages so far.

My main goal is to lose 3 stone ready for my sister’s wedding and to feel more confident in myself. All the other little goals are things that I believe will help me get to that point quickly. 

I have always found that having a visual representative of my goal helps me reach it quicker. 

I really hope that this helps me reach my ideal weight.
