Hi everyone, how are you all today?

By the time this goes live I’ll be asleep on night 4, which is the last one before my nights off. Today though I wanted to share one of my night shift makeup routines. These tend to be quite simple looks that use very few products.

Face

After applying quite a lot of moisturizer I buffed a light layer of foundation into my skin. Tonight I used the Clinique Superbalanced Silk Foundation, which is such a lovely texture. It’s a very nice hydrating formula. To conceal under my eyes I used the Superdrug BB Concealer with a damp blending sponge. I set everything into place using the Maybelline Matte Maker powder.

To give my very pale face some colour I buffed a generous amount of my Dior Air Nude Bronzer into my cheek bones, and Bare Minerals Vintage Peach blush on the apples of my cheeks. For a touch of highlighter I applied the Smashbox Halo Bronzing Wand to the tops of my cheek bones, blending it out with a damp blending sponge.

Eyes

For my brows, I applied a very light layer of Benefit’s Ka-Brow pommade. On my actual eyes I took a khaki green shade from the I ♥ Makeup Makeup Geek Palette and applied this to my upper lid, blending out the edges with a soft fluffy brush. On my lower lashline, I took a lilac shade and buffed this out quite softly.

Along my top lash line, I applied a very thin line of Ciate Chisel Liner, and used a Models own i-define Kohl Eyeliner in White in my waterline.

For mascara, I applied a few layers of Benefit’s Roller Lash Mascara, topped with the Clinique Chubby Lash Mascara in Two Ton Teal.

Lips

For lipstick, I kept things really simple and swept on a light layer of Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie lipstick in Speak Your Mind.

And that was everything.

What would you wear on a night shift? Would you wear makeup on a night shift?

Have a lovely day guys!
