Bright Eyeshadow Tutorial

Hi everyone!

My favourite thing about makeup is how versatile it is; not one look can be the same every day; and one palette can give you numerous possibilities.

One palette that gives me so many different is the Urban Decay Electric Palette, and I really loved the look that I created with it today.

Today I wanted to share how I created this really bright eyeshadow look.

Since there are very few mattes in the Electric Palette, I first used the shade Pre-Game in the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette to remove any oily residue on my eyelid. Then in my crease I buffed the shade Faith very lightly just to act as a transition shade.

After saturating a flat synthetic eyeshadow brush, I packed the shadow Urban from the Electric palette up to my crease. I blended this out with a light mixture of Urban and Jilted. Then, to create a more shimmery upper lid, I applied a tiny amount of Revolt into the centre of the lid.

On the lower lash line, I used a teal shade, Fringe. And to finish off the shadow, I then applied a tiny amount of Thrash in the inner corner.

To finish off the eyes, I used quite a few coats of Benefit’s Roller Lash mascara.

What colour eye looks have you tried out lately?

Have a lovely day guys!
