Hi Everyone! Another week has passed, and it’s time for more favourites. I am attempting another no-spend month, so the majority of these will all be old favourites that I have rediscovered.
Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation
This is an oldie but a goodie. On really hot days I have been loving wearing this because it is water resistent. It lasts that little bit longer on my face without breaking down in the sweaty conditions. This is my winter shade so I may need to bit the bullet and get a shade darker once this runs out. But it does gives such a beautiful airbrushed finish; I love it!
Make Up Forever AquaRouge Liquid Lip Colour in 19
Out of the three colours that I own in these, this rasberry red shade is my favourite. I wear it all the time and I can trust it not to smudge everywhere. It’s awesome. The colour is beautiful, and the gloss really helps the lips stay hydrated without compromising the longevity of the lip colour. I really want more of these but they’ll have to wait until next month.
Bare Minerals Invisible Bronzer in Medium
I was convinced to give this another try at Bare Minerals. Originally I had tried the lightest shade which ended up doing nothing for me. This is darker (obviously) but it looks really natural and glowy. It really is an invisible bronzer. I’ve actually been getting quite a few compliments when I wear this. I think I may have found a replacement for my Liz Earle Radiant Glow Bronzer.
Lancome Tresor La Nuit
I only have a sample pot of this, which is now empty. This scent is amazing; it’s fruity without being overly sweet. It’s really long lasting and is an ideal evening scent if you have got somewhere nice to go. However I have been wearing this during the day and night; I love it that much. I may need to ask for this for my birthday.
Buxom Full On Lip Polish in Jennifer
I love seeing products with my name on them, but the colour here is beautiful. With it being a sheer gloss it adds a very subtle pop of colour. This does plump out the lips slightly, but the gloss lasts a really long time without feeling sticky. It’s such a gorgeous formula. They’re definitely worth trying out and I’ll be buying more in the future.
Urban Decay After Hour Blush in Bang
Yet another old favourite. I decided to break the mould that I’ve set for myself and wear a bold blush shade. I love Bang; even though it’s a bloody daring blood orange shade, it looks stunning and actually surprisingly natural. I have really loved rediscovering this as of late.
Make Up Forever Ultra HD Powder
Yes I did go a bit crazy at the Make Up Forever counter last month (hence my makeup ban this month). This is the second time that I have tried this and after a bit trial and error I actually really like it. I do have to apply this with a really light hand and pat the excess off the brush, otherwise it does look like a hot mess. It does a fab job at smoothing out my pores and giving me a more flawless look.
What are your favourites this week?
Have a lovely day guys!
