Winged out Eyeshadow Makeup Look

I wasn’t feeling my best on the days that I took these photos. I had a sore throat and genuinely felt rotten. However, my favourite way to feel better in myself is to experiment with bright colours. Let’s call it makeup therapy.

Today I used the Natasha Denona 28 Purple Blue Palette to create a slightly winged out eyeshadow look. This is something that I used to do all the time, but I grew out of practice. All I do to create this is during the buffing stage, I bring the shadow further out of my crease in a slight triangular shape to create a wing. This can make your eyes look bigger and less hooded, which is something that my eyes can be.

Since I had gone so bold with the eye makeup, I teamed it up with Kat Von D’s Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Double Dare.

What has been your favourite eye and lip combo lately?

Have a lovely day guys!
