Golden Bronze Eyes Tutorial

Hi everyone, how are you all today?

Today I wanted to create quite a neutral look whilst using the Colour Pop Dream St Palette, and I came up with this. I really love this palette, I find the colours right up my street and they are so beautiful to work with.

For primer I used the ELF Toning Primer, blending it into the skin with my fingers. On top of this, I blended out the L’Oreal True Match Foundation with a buffing brush. This foundation is starting to grow on me; I really love how this looks on my skin. Under my eyes, I used the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer, setting it into place with the Wunder-2 Selfie Powder.

To contour, I used my old favourite Chanel Soleil de Bronze with a small buffing brush. I applied this to my cheek bones and under my jaw. For bronzer and blush I mixed the ELF Matte Bronzer and Blush in Fiji with the Nars Impassioned Blush. To highlight, I took the Stila Heaven’s Hue highlighter in Trancendence, and applied it with a damp beauty sponge.

For my brows, I used the Wunderbrow gel, applying with the brow brush, keeping things really natural.

For my eye look, I wanted to use the more neutral shades in the palette, Dream St. I first took the shade Shooting Star and blended this into the crease with a large shadow brush. Then with a smaller brush I took the shade Potion, and buffed this out slightly lower in the crease. To darken things up slightly, I then applied the shade Elfish over Potion and into the outer part of my eye, also taking the excess along my lower lash line.

On the lid I then took the shade Star Dust on a damp brush and packed this onto the lid. In the inner third of my eye, I used the shade Sweet Dreams on the same brush, and blended the edges together with my finger.

On my lower lash line I buffed a small amount of Mermaid Boy, and in the inner corner I used a tiny amount of moony mixed with Kaleidoscope.

To finish off my eyes I applied a few coats of the Lancome Mr Big mascara.

To finish off the look I used the Kat Von D Everlasting Lipstick in Outlaw and waited for this to dry before applying the Unicorn Dream lipgloss from Makeup Revolution. This is such a pretty holographic lip topper that added that something extra to the lip look.

And that is the finished look. I hope you like it.

Have a lovely day, and take care. I’ll see you next time.
