Shop my Stash Makeup Look

Hi everyone, how are you all today?

For today’s look I actually burrowed into the depths of my makeup drawers and found products that I used to love but may have stopped using because shinier things came along. Today, I wanted to give some of those items a shout out and see if I still loved them.

Some new products were used among all the older items; they won’t be mentioned here. That’s a post for another time. For now though, let’s discuss some oldies but hopefully goodies.

Urban Decay Naked 2

This was a palette that I actually repurchased after my sister stole and destroyed the original. I haven’t used this palette in a really long time. The shadows are just as buttery as I remember them. I did create quite a subtle look for this for work, but the pigment is still there to create some really dramatic looks. I still love this, and will use it a bit more in the future.

Body Shop Honey Bronzer

I may need a darker shade in this! It did a subtle bit of shadowing to my cheeks however it didn’t really stand out. I still love the formula; it blends out nicely and doesn’t apply dusty. I just need a slightly darker shade.

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop

I went through a phase where I was using this everyday, which stopped as soon as I got the Soph x Makeup Revolution Highlighter Palette. It was nice to use such an old favourite again. I did use this in a more diffused way, as I didn’t want too much shimmer on my cheeks for work, and it worked well to that effect. This is such a gorgeous highlighter and I will use it more.

Urban Decay Sheer Lipstick in Slowburn

Summer is nearly here, so I don’t feel odd wearing bright orange lippies now! This is such a pigmented yet glossy formula. I love it. The colour is stunning, and just the pop of colour that I needed to bring quite a neutral look together. I love this colour so much!

What products have you rediscovered lately?

Have a lovely day, and take care!
