Tia Maria Mousse Recipe


After an absolute disaster following a Weightwatcher’s recipe for Bailey’s Mousse, I improvised. I wanted to make something nice for date night; something a tad different from ice cream, and these looked really nice.

This is such a simple recipe, and they tasted delicious. And for any other Weightwatcher’s ladies, they worked out to be 5 points each.



5 tablespoons of whipping cream.

1 pub measure of Tia Maria/ Baileys

170g 0% fat greek yoghurt.

1 teaspoon of sweetener

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder



Add whipping cream to a bowl and whisk until it holds its shape.

Add the yoghurt and sweetner. Whisk until the mixture is thick.

Pour in the liquor, and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.

Place the mixture into serving bowls and place in the fridge to cool for an hour.

Once ready to serve, sprinkle the cocoa powder over the top.
