Favourite Powder Products of 2017

My final favourites of the year list includes all things powdery. This includes Bronzers, Blush and Highlighters. These have been the shades or formulas that have impressed me the most over the year, and could be potential repurchases once they run out.

Liz Earle Radiant Glow Bronzer

I’m sorry that this isn’t photographed, however this ran out ages ago and I haven’t had a chance to repurchase it. This had to have been my most used bronzer in the first part of the year. This gave such a natural radiant glow to the skin; it looked so beautiful on my skin. If I hadn’t discovered another bronzer on this list, I definitely would have repurchased this again by now.

Urban Decay Afterhour Blush in Fetish

This is such a gorgeous dark pinky mauve shade. It looks so flattering on the cheeks, and gives them that natural just come in from the cold flush. I really loved this colour throughout the year, but especially in the Winter. It is so pretty! I love all the Afterhour blush shades, but Fetish is by far my favourite.

Bare Minerals Invisible Bronzer

This is the product that replaced the Liz Earle bronzer in my makeup bag. This gives the same soft look of tanned skin without going over the top. It blends out beautifully and lasts quite a long time on the skin.

Makeup Revolution x Soph Does Nails Highlighter Palette

This palette is stunning. The colours all look beautiful on my skin; even the darker brown shade looks gorgeous as a highlighter, and I have quite pale skin. I have worn some of these shades as eyeshadow, but I do prefer them on my cheekbones. They suit both natural highlighted looks, or shiny Radiant beaming looks. Sophie did such an amazing job creating this palette.

Nars Blush in Impassioned

For a very muted yet flattering makeup look, I’d recommend this blush over everything else. It is a very light mauve shade, which is perfect for pale skin. I love this colour a lot and reach for it on days where I go for more bolder shades on my eyes or lips. It’s such a pretty shade.

Lancome Cushion Blushers

This formula is perfect for natural makeup looks. It applies so airbrushed and looks like a natural flush to the cheeks. This blends out really well on top of powders, which is unheard of with most liquid products. These are such gorgeous, creamy products.

Becca Shimmering Face Perfecter in Champagne Pop

I’ve had this a while but I really started using it a lot this year. I actually hit pan on it! This is a great highlighter for amping up any makeup look. It blends out really well but looks stunning on cheek bones. I love this colour. It’s definitely one of my favourite highlighters of the year.

Models Own Rock n’ Rosy Blushers

These are really pretty matte blush shades. I have found dupes of some of my favourite higher end blushers in this collection. The shade Warmed Almond is actually a great dupe for Impassioned. These blend out really well and are one of those products that I can always really on for a good makeup day.

Medusa Makeup Blush in Sex on the Peach

I really want to try more blush shades from Medusa Makeup. They are beautiful! This colour is a stunning dupe for my favourite Bare Minerals Blush called Swoon. That’s discontinued, but I’m glad that I now have a product similar to it in my collection. This blends out really well and leaves a gorgeous flush of colour onto my cheeks.

Those are all of my favourite face powders from the previous year. What were yours?

Have a lovely day guys, and take care.
