Hi everyone, how are you today?
As promised, here is part 2 of the products that were purchased through influences from Youtubers.
Stila Heaven’s Hue Highlighter
Let’s face it, we all bought this because it was the putty highlighter. It was squidgy! I first saw this on Tati’s channel and she loved it. And usually if Tati recommends it, I’ll buy it. This is such a pretty product. It gives you a natural glow, but you still have a slight bit of shimmer. It is gorgeous! I won’t be getting rid of this any time soon.
Essense Lash Princess
This mascara has been mentioned by so many beauty gurus but the top ones are Tati, Jessica Braun and Kathleen Lights. This mascara is so affordable and ideal for days where you are going for a more natural look, but still want your lashes to stand out. It doesn’t smudge on me, and it lasts a long time. It is awesome.
L’Oreal true Match Foundation
This was hyped up by so many people. Anna and Lily Pebbles swore by this when it first came out. It is such a gorgeous light formula, but you still get coverage. I used to wear this a few years ago but I wasn’t keen. However as my skin has matured in my 30s, I am finding this a lot easier to use. It is a good foundation, but not my favourite.
Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Palette
Okay, it should come as no surprise that this was such a hyped up palette. Jaclyn Hill spent so long collaborating with Morphe to create this, and the results showed. This is such a beautiful palette. It has everything that you need to create a full makeup look. This was hyped up for a reason; it is amazing!
Every Youtuber has had something to say about this, and whether they loved it or hated it, it has been one of the most hyped up primers ever made. I used to love it when it first came out but I have found other primers that work better for me now. I find this to be quite thick in it’s consistency and can make my foundation quite heavy, which isn’t a look that I love.
Nars Dual Intensity Eyeshadows
This is another Tati inspired purchase. I saw her review on these, and her eyeshadow looked stunning in that video. I have so many of these single eyeshadows, and they are pricey. I do love my eyeshadow when I wear them, but I need to wear them more and get my money’s worth from them.
I bought this after seeing Nikki Tutorial’s video. She was wowed so I wanted to give it a go. I do enjoy this, and it is getting a lot easier to use with practice. I can get really natural results with this, so don’t be put off by the very precise and heavy look that the advert shows.
What products did you buy based on the hype from Youtube?
Have a lovely day guys, and take care.
